      Seller's Return and Refund Policy:

      Return or exchange of goods within 14 days is effective upon receipt. 14-day money back guarantee from the date of delivery. Please follow the policy:

      1. If you would like to request return information, please contact us at support@luckygreenlife.com

      2. Within 14 days of receipt of the package. Your return must be postmarked within 30 days of receipt of the goods.

      3. We do not accept returns unless the products are defective, caused by the seller, in which case they will be replaced, subject to availability, or the amount will be refunded at the buyer's discretion.

      4. To be eligible for a return, your goods must be unused, well packaged in the same condition as you received them, and their resaleability must not be affected. They must also be in their original packaging.

      5. The redeemed gifts are not subject to return and cannot be exchanged for cash.

      6. All costs associated with the return are borne by the buyer.

      7. The air waybill number and clear photos of the returned shipment are required after the buyer sends the shipment. Please take photos of the goods for your reference before sending the returned shipment.

      8. If the buyer cannot receive the ordered shipment after 3 months, he can contact the seller to resolve.

      Some situations in which only partial refunds are provided (if applicable):

      1. The goods are not in their original condition, the damaged or missing parts are not caused by the seller.

      2. The goods were returned more than 14 days after receiving them.

      3. Then contact your bank. There is often a processing time before the refund is posted.
