5. How do I enter my shipping address?
As our website and service are based on the English language, all information you enter must be entered in English, including punctuation. If any letters in your address contain non-English letters, it is recommended to use similar English letters. For example, you can change the letter "?" to "c".
6. Can I change my shipping address after placing an order?
Please note that your shipping address cannot be changed after your order has been processed or shipped. Please update your shipping address to your permanent residence address, not your vacation home address, as we do not know how long the customs office at the destination will hold the package.
